How it works

We will keep our clients up to date with any changes in regulations, requirements and any new risks or problems that are possibly arriving in the future so that our clients are prepared for any new risks or problems.

Site inspection

Where possible we do a physical site inspection which will always have at least 1 of our Specialist Doctors present.
We have access and consult on a regular basis with one of the leading microbiologists, who is a leader in this field. We are in daily contact with her.
Where it isn’t feasible to do an on site inspection an electronic inspection can be considered.

In depth and accurate proposal

An in depth and accurate proposal backed by the latest medical advice and knowledge will be presented to client within 72 hours of the site inspection.
The proposal will where possible offer as many safe options available but in many instances there may only be only one suitable solution.
The client will then have the choice of which solution suits them best and immediate work will begin to implement the measures and equipment agreed to make the site as Corona virus safe as possible.

Initial Site Visit and Proposal

This will include at least one Doctor on site
during first installation and two free site visits in month one.
If our guidelines are implemented, then we will provide you with a signed document for your records and compliance.

R4000/hour
